The Australian share market opened solidly this morning, led by the resources sector.
At 10:30am AEST, the All Ordinaries Index was up 41 points to 5,802 and the ASX 200 was up 38 points to 5,739.
Fertiliser manufacturer, Incitec Pivot, rose almost 1.5 per cent on the back of strong earnings.
BHP Billiton was up $1.17 to $44.59 cents.
The Australian dollar was buying 93.47 US cents.
