eServGlobal Limited (LON:ESG)(ASX:ESV) Announces Increased Dividend

Sydney, Australia, July 24, 2008 - (ABN Newswire) - eServGlobal Limited (LON:ESG)(ASX:ESV), a provider of end-to-end solutions, enabling smart communication and payment services for service providers on any generation network, today announced a dividend of 3 cents per share for the full year ending 30 June, 2008, an increase of 50% over the previous year's dividend payment.
Dividend: AUD $0.03 per share
Record date: 29 August, 2008
Payment date: 15 September, 2008
