Former fund manager Simon Botherway has been appointed a director of DNZ Property Fund.
DNZ Property Fund chairman Tim Storey said Mr Botherway would be an independent director.
Mr Botherway was executive chairman of Brook Asset Management Ltd. He is a director of Fisher and Paykel Appliances Ltd and has been appointed to the Securities Commission.
DNZ Property Fund Ltd owns a diversified investment property portfolio worth $730 million.
